Meet the team
Tom Peska
Director, Founder
Tom has over 15 years of experience in the structural steel industry. From detailing and designing, to fabrication and erection, he is an expert in the fine details of structural design. Our clients know Tom for his reliability, dependability, and the quality of his work. He is constantly looking for ways to make practical improvements on design to make the fabrication and erection process more streamlined.
Ahmed Ali
Ahmed has over 12 years of experience in structural steel fabrication with a solid background in CAD shop detailing. He has expert knowledge in Australian design standards and is well versed in modelling steel structures using Tekla and Solidworks. He is an effective team player with the ability to interact with builders and consultants to resolve RFIs and deliver comprehensive drawing documentation for hassle free execution.
Benjamin Peska
Ben has a background in services engineering and has experience drafting hydraulic, fire services and electrical plans for towers all over Melbourne. His experience in the building industry has helped him transition to structural steel detailing, where he is able to draw on his knowledge and find creative solutions to common problems.
